Alex Eriskyne For Kirikitties

Most of you know my character, Alex. I'm using him for #Kirikitties as my kitikitty's owner~

And then make a character out of it. I figured I'd use an already existing character of mine. Who knew Alex had a sweet spot for kitties? And now he's going to own one! 8D

Just keep in mind that his left eye has grey in it and is covered because he's partially blind in that eye~

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW ALEX:

Alex is the boyfriend of Fiske O'Reilly, my beloved character who is all throughout my gallery. Alex is a kid of the emo scene. He often wears his black hoodie and skinny jeans with chains on them. He also has a lip ring.

Alex resides in downtown Atlanta, Georgia and goes to school there. The school is worn down, old, and run by gangs of mostly black kids, but there are also other gangs. He loves his friends but the girls in his group don't seem to understand that he's gay and they simply obsess over him.

He lives in an apartment with an abusive mother. His father is currently in jail for murder. His mother once stabbed him in the left eye with a kitchen knife, which has caused him to be permanently partially blind in that eye. Because of this, his bangs fall over that eye, because he doesn't want people to see that it's faded and scarred.

But when he meets Fiske his life changes dramatically. Fiske asks him one day why he keeps his eye covered. Alex loves Fiske and can't lie to him, and tells him what happened, showing him his damaged eye. Fiske tells him he's beautiful and says he wishes Alex wouldn't hide his gorgeous face.

But Fiske is also furious at Alex's mother. He swears that if he ever meets that vile woman, he'll kill her. He has Alex move in with him and he never sees his mother again. Fiske allows him to still go to his same school with his friends though. Later on Alex's female friends try to trick Fiske into thinking Alex doesn't really love him, because all of them want him for themselves. Fiske believes them because they're very manipulative, and goes home crying.

Alex is unaware of what's happened and when he comes home and finds out, he's furious. He comforts Fiske and tells him to never think he doesn't love him, because it's not true. He claims he'll never be friends with any of those girls again. He continues to attend the same school but never talks to any of the so called "friends" involved in the catastrophe.

And now, Alex is bringing home a pet kirikitty for him and Fiske to love forever!

I came up with his last name. His name is Alex Eriskyne. Eriskyne is a Gaelic name from the phrase air an sgian, meaning upon the knife. This fits him because he was stabbed in the eye with a kitchen knife by his abusive mother.
